How an engagement unfolds

  1. Weeks 1–3

    Listen

We meet with leaders, teachers, students and families to understand goals, concerns and what has been tried before.

  2. Weeks 3–6

    Assess

We review your data, programs and spending to find what is working and where the gaps are.

  3. Months 2–4

    Plan and build

Together we set priorities, write the plan, and train the people who will carry it out.

  4. Ongoing

    Sustain

We check progress against the measures we agreed on and adjust until the work runs on its own.
